Physics and processing technique of different semiconductor devices, thin films, silicon infrared detectors and solar cells, metal-oxides and silicon nanostructures, thin-film nanostructured chemical and gas sensors.

Subsidiary Research Interests:

IR radiometers, development of methods for semiconductor performance measurement, magnetodiodes, temperature, and electrons beam sensors, noise in semiconductors.
